Tiny Warning Device Offers Big Consumer Protection!

Los Angeles, California - There's a revolutionary new warning system that is designed to alert consumers  of potential harm from defective products.

Developed by ReadyTrace, Inc., the system works by sending a signal to a receiver chip that is installed in the product that triggers a warning device.

ReadyTrace has developed a system that sends a secure signal consisting of a complex set of numbers and codes to the product equipped with ReadyTrace.  The receiver in the product then alerts the consumer of a product recall.

The ReadyTrace system alerts the consumer by the use of lights, buzzers, message displays, or in extreme situations by disabling the potentially dangerous product.  The consumer then can either call an 800 number or go to a particular website for more information.

The ReadyTrace receivers are tiny enough to be used with virtually every consumer product.  The system can be powered by the products own power supply, for products such as microwave ovens, automobiles and battery-operated tools, or by its own self-contained, long-life battery, for products like baby car seats and children’s toys.

Other benefits include the fact that the consumer doesn’t need to fill out forms and register their products with the manufacturers in order to be alerted. The consumer doesn’t need to notify the manufacturer of a change of address when moving--the ReadyTrace system can reach products anywhere in the United States.  In addition, the consumer need not be the original owner of the product to benefit from the system, for example, the consumer product may have been purchased at a yard sale or thrift store.
