Jack J'maev: A Patent Attorney that oversees the intellectual property upon which the Company is based. Mr. Jmaev has 4 years of experience developing and managing intellectual property assets.  In addition, Mr. Jmaev has 10 years experience in managing high profile technical programs in the aerospace industry.  Mr. Jmaev is further supported with 6 years of design engineering experience.

Euel King: A Dentist that has maintained a private practice for over 40 years.  For 24 years, Dr. King has served as the director of the Cranio Facial Pain/TMJ Clinic at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.  Dr. King has also served as director of the Dental Foundation of California for the past 15 years.

Richard Karn Wilson: A nationally recognized actor that portrayed a safety conscious, tool expert on a prime time situational comedy (“Al Boreland” from ABC’s sitcom “Home Improvement”).  As a result of this role, Mr. Karn educated himself in safety procedures.  His interest in public safety continued as he served as a spokesman for Underwriters Laboratories.  He currently is the host of the popular game show, “The Family Feud”. 

ADM Henry H. Mauz. Jr.: Admiral Mauz, U.S. NAVY (Retired) holds a B.S. degree from The Naval Academy, a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from The Naval Postgraduate School, and an M.B.A. degree from Auburn University.  Admiral Mauz is a Senior Fellow at The Center for Civil Military Relations, located at The Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, CA) and travels to new democracies around the world in that capacity. He is the President of The Naval Postgraduate School Foundation. Before retiring from the Navy in 1994, he was the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet with headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. The Atlantic Fleet comprises over half of the Navy’s force structure, encompassing  some 230 ships, 2,000 aircraft, 27 bases, an operating budget of $4.7 billion, and 150,000 military and civilian employees. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Navy Program Planning. In that capacity, he was responsible for the development of the Navy’s budget, some $75 billion, and for long-range strategic planning, and he oversaw the Navy’s most sensitive high technology programs. In August 1990, he served as Commander U.S. Seventh Fleet and assumed command of all U.S. Naval Forces in the Persian Gulf under General Norman Schwarzkopf during Operation Desert Shield.

Paul W. Fish: An Electrical Engineer who graduated from The Catholic University of America and received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.  Mr. Fish has over thirty-nine years of diverse governmental and corporate experience specializing primarily in computer and other high technology arts. Mr. Fish has been a corporate officer of several multibillion dollar NYSE companies including: Assistant Corporate Secretary and Director of Patents, Burroughs Corporation; Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Jos. Schlitz Brewing Company; and, most recently, Senior Vice President/Legal, Comdisco, Inc.

Mark DePietro: Currently Vice President of Marketing and Systems for Motorola’s Digital Gateway Group, Mr. DePietro has 12 years senior management experience at Motorola in positions of increasing responsibility. He was awarded a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, MSEE and EEE degrees from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Villanova.

Min S. Kim: Former Dean of Administration and Director of Finance for Samra University of Oriental Medecine in Los Angeles.  Mr. Kim received a BA degree in business administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea and an MBA from University of Washington, Seattle.  After 2 years with Chrysler in Korea, Mr. Kim became a senior programmer for Hi-Q Systems and then worked at Clinica Humanitaria Medical Group as an administrator.
