J. Neil Birch: Dr. Birch received a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in 1965. He has served as Division Chief at National Security Agency (NSA) and Chief Scientist for the U.S. Navy for Telecommunications Command and Control Systems. He became the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Communications, Command, and Control of Intelligence programs for the U.S. Military Services. In 1979, he left the Pentagon to form Birch Associates, Inc., assisting U.S. and foreign corporations and governmental operations in activities relating to electronic communications, security, and surveillance. He served on a number of U.S. Government defense-oriented committees and participated as a member of the board of directors for several high technology firms. Dr. Birch is also a Senior Vice President and the Chief Technical Officer for Samanco International Ltd.
Kenneth Miller: A Director of DataStore, Inc. and Parameter Driven Software, two electronics firms. Mr. Miller received the BSEE degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts, the LLB degree from George Washington University, and the LLM degree in corporate law and taxation from Wayne State University. After working at Eastman Kodak as a research engineer, as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent Office, and at the Naval Research Laboratory, Mr. Miller worked for Burroughs Corporation (later Unisys) for 36 years where he was Corporate Secretary and Vice President for over 20 years.
Charles W. Bradley: Of counsel for Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC. A practicing attorney for the last 40 years, Mr. Bradley received a BSEE from Lehigh, an MSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and the JD degree from Rutgers. He has served as Chairman of the Board for both Applied Microsystems Inc. and Electronic Development, Inc.
